Landlords and builders submit legal property title deeds, municipal bills, and government identifications. We verify document authenticity and RERA registrations before approval.

Step 1: Title & Document Verification (Paper Verified)
Our verification managers audit developer RERA registrations, ownership title deeds, local municipal permits, and structural documents. Once approved, the listing gets a '📄 Paper Verified' badge.
Paper VerifiedStep 2: Virtual Walkthrough & Owner Inspection
Owners must submit a live video walkthrough of all rooms, active utility fixtures, and immediate views. We cross-verify this with high-definition digital imagery and geolocation tags.
InspectedStep 3: Physical Site Inspection (Physically Verified)
Hoomzz local inspection officers physically visit the location in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula. We verify room dimensions, check electrical/water lines, confirm amenities, and geotag the exact street address. Upon passing, it gains the '📍 Phys. Verified' badge.
