    Owner Responsibilities

    • Provide 100% accurate property details and images.
    • Maintain the property as per the standards listed on Hoomzz.
    • Honor the pricing and features mentioned in the active listing.
    • Comply with local tenancy laws and verification processes.

    No Brokerage & Payments

    Hoomzz.in is proud to be a **Zero Brokerage** platform. We do not charge users any commission for finding properties.

    Security Alert

    Any payments (Rent, Security Deposit, etc.) are made directly between the tenant and the owner. Hoomzz.in is **not responsible** for any financial disputes arising from these transactions.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Chandigarh**.
