    Delete from the app

    The fastest way to delete your Hoomzz account is from the mobile app:

    1. Open the Hoomzz app and sign in.
    2. Go to the Profile tab.
    3. Tap Delete Account.
    4. Type DELETE to confirm.

    Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

    Request deletion by email

    If you can't access the app, email support@hoomzz.in from the email address registered on your account, or include your registered mobile number. We verify ownership before deleting, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

    What gets deleted

    • Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
    • Your password and linked Google sign-in
    • Your saved properties and search activity
    • Your KYC documents
    • Your notifications and registered devices
    • Your property and flatmate listings are removed from Hoomzz

    What we keep, and why

    Indian tax and contract law requires us to retain certain records. We keep payment and transaction records, and executed rental agreements, for as long as the law requires. These records are no longer linked to your name, email address or phone number once your account is deleted.
